Topics/Queries

Displays the Topics/Queries Posted by the Users .

To add New Topic or Query - After entering the Topic , click on 'Post Topic' to add new Topic/Query.

To post Replies - Double click on any topic to go to Topic>>Reply screen where user can post reply to a Topic.

Go – to search for the topic based on search condition .
Change Status - 'Open' /'Close' button - to Open/Close the Topic . Once the query is replied by LGEME, Administrtor(LGEME) can close the topic . User cannot reply to the topic if it is closed .But users can view the topic and replies .Click on 'Open' , If administrtor wants to reopen the query .
